A Series of Limited Edition Prints showing lifeboats and crews which have served around the coast of Britain.

After studying at the Medway College of Art and Design in the late 1970s, Philip worked in studios in London and the South East producing book and magazine illustrations. Since 1996 he has painted on a full-time basis specialising in seascapes and historical re-creations of marine subjects, in particular lifeboats from the 1950s and 1960s which he has depicted with the greatest accuracy and detail.

His paintings have been displayed at the RSMA exhibition in London and most have been reproduced as fine art prints.

Each print is an actual size lithographic reproduction of the gouache original and is printed in light-fast inks on quality paper, signed and numbered by the artist.
