We accept Credit and UK Debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas (non UK), place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We can only accept personal cheques and postal orders from the UK. Please make payable to Silverquick Ltd. and cross a/c payee. Goods will be despatched once cheques have cleared.

Silverquick Ltd. does not disclose any buyers' information to third parties, except for goods delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days, for a refund. To cancel you can e-mail us at orders@lifeboatshop.co.uk or write to us at Silverquick Ltd., PO Box 48, Falmouth, Cornwall TR11 5XW, within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number.

You must not use or open the items or remove the labels. Items should be returned to Silverquick Ltd. in the original packaging together with the receipt. We will confirm receipt of e-mail cancellations. Postage will not be refunded.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. Please re-use the original packaging, if possible, when returning items, otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the post office for loss or damage.

We guarantee to replace or refund faulty goods, simply notify us within 30 days of delivery of the goods and return them, in their original packaging, together with the receipt, to Silverquick Ltd.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. For faulty goods returned within 30 days we will refund return postage up to the cost of second class mail.

If you want to exchange the items please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement. For returned goods paid by credit card we will refund the money to your credit card (at the current rate of exchange for overseas orders).

We can only replace or refund on goods that are returned to us accompanied by the Silverquick Ltd. order number which you will find on your order confirmation / invoice. Silverquick Ltd. warrants that the goods are free from defects at the time of despatch .

Silverquick Ltd. will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be the essence of our accepting an order.

Silverquick Ltd. will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. But if your order has not been delivered after 15 working days from the date of despatch, and cannot be traced by Royal Mail, then we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Cheques and postal orders in sterling (GBP) only, made payable to Silverquick Ltd. and crossed A/C payee.
